Ariane Labrie
Owner and Founder Studio North Pilates

We are thrilled to introduce Ariane Labrie, the heart and soul behind North Pilates.

With over 15 years of experience in movement, fitness, and healthcare, Ariane brings a truly holistic approach to Pilates and wellness. Her journey began as a gymnastics coach, where she developed a deep understanding of body mechanics and movement quality. She later worked as a personal trainer, and spent 10 years as a registered nurse, adding a strong medical foundation to her practice.

Ariane is an ANIE-certified personal trainer, STOTT Pilates–trained instructor, and holds advanced education in Special Populations & Injuries (STOTT Pilates) as well as a specialization as a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, allowing her to safely support clients with injuries, chronic conditions, and women through every stage of motherhood.

Now the proud owner of North Pilates, Ariane is passionate about creating a supportive, welcoming environment where clients can move better, feel stronger, and reconnect with their bodies. Her goal is to empower every client to build strength, balance, and confidence—both physically and mentally.

Join us at Studio North Pilates, where every movement matters.

Stéphanie Chénard
Pilates teacher

Passionate about movement and well-being, I am a certified yoga and breathwork instructor, trained in Reformer Pilates (STOTT method). I teach with a grounded, human, and accessible approach.

What fascinates me most are those moments when the body learns to find comfort in discomfort — both in movement and in life. Through practice, we develop stability and alignment, both physically and internally.

In class, my students often hear me say, “Observe… breathe…,” because everything begins there. The Reformer becomes a true space of exploration — a place where the body strengthens, lengthens, and aligns deeply. Movement is my refuge. It is in the space between breath and action that I completely let go, the mind calms, and presence unfolds.

My intention is to help you reconnect with your body, your breath, and yourself — one breath at a time.
